Lynch BBQ’s Roasting Pigs have been a part of a re-birth of a culinary revolution.  Beginning with Iowa quality pork, these roaster pigs are a premium product for dining.  This allows for multiple dining applications.

 

Considered by many to be the main course for a special event, roaster pigs are rarely prepared in the home.  This creates the opportunity for restaurants and caterers to offer their clients a unique dining experience.

 

The versatility of a Lynch BBQ Company roasting Pig allows for many chefs to offer a unique and memorable dish for their guests.  The most common preparations involve a liberal seasoning of the chest cavity or injection of a marinade throughout the pig. 


Italian Hog Roast
Featuring dried Italian herbs, garlic and oil, served with tomato ragu, and warm ciabatta bread

Oriental Hog Roast
Featuring a blend of teriyaki, soy sauces, and brown sugar; served
with fried rice

BBQ Hog Roast

Marinated and injected in and with, of course, Lynch’s Butt Shaker, Steak Shaker, and apple juice.  Serve with creamy cole slaw and barbecue beans.
