The roaster pig division of the BBQ division opened for business in 2003 at the USDA inspected facility in Decorah, Iowa. In 2005, the Decorah facility was expanded to allow for further custom processing.
Lynch BBQ Company takes pride in offering their clients a wide selection of sizes as well various custom processing techniques for client’s cooking specifications.

Our custom processing for all service styles, with no minimum order required. Our products are sold individually, a pallet, a semi, or a cargo container.
With wide distribution throughout the United States, with approval for exports in several nations, quality roaster pigs are widely available for our clients.
