Our pork processing locker is located in Northeast Iowa in the Norwegian community of Decorah. Winneshiek County offers an agricultural heritage that lends itself to specialized production, thus making it a well-suited home for Lynch BBQ. We opened for business early in 2003 as a federally inspected harvest and barbeque prep facility. Our facility has been remodeled and upgraded several times over the years allowing us to meet the demands of our changing industry and the needs of our customers. The plant is a low speed production system by today’s standards allowing us to take extra time handling each carcass with care insuring a high quality product will be delivered to the end user. We are proud to offer a unique specialized product that ends up at parties, festivals and galas around the world. |
