Lynch BBQ Roaster Pig Division

The Roaster Pig facility opened February of 2003 with the purchase of the USDA harvest and BBQ facility in Decorah, In 2005, the Decorah facility was expanded doubling their slaughter rate to 800 head per day.

Lynch BBQ Company takes pride in offering their clients a wide variety of sizes as well as various custom processing techniques for client's cooking specifications.

The plant processes pigs with live weights of 20 - 200 lbs. All are individually poly-bagged, boxed and kept frozen at offsite cold storage facilities. In 2013 we expanded adding a freezer, dry storage and employee facilities.

The facility is USDA inspected and offers producers another outlet for lite and bbq pigs.
